This delightful annexe of a large house has a wonderful location situated a flat 15 minute walk from the village and with the added attraction of a child friendly swimming pool (1.1mtr depth throughout) The front door leads into a hallway with cupboard housing auto washing machine. The lounge has an integral kitchen area with electric oven/hob, larder fridge, toaster, microwave and breakfast bar with 4 chairs. The lounge has a three seater bed settee, tv with 'Freeview', dvd player and stereo music centre. French doors lead out to a patio area with table & chairs and barbecue. There is a further decking area and a swimming pool ideal for children. Stairs lead up to a king size double bedded room (bed can be split into 2 singles)with large double wardrobe and en-suite shower room with large shower cubicle, toilet, wash hand basin & heated towel rail. Electric heating throughout and cot & high chair provided. Although a dog is welcome, please be aware that the owners of the adjacent house have 2 dogs. Beds made up for arrival. Hand, Bath & Beach Towels are supplied with this property. |
