This outstanding large, modern detached property with full gas central heating, has wonderful views of the River Teign, with private garden and swimming pool. The property is a short walk to the beach and all the village amenities.
Steps lead up to the front door leading into the entrance hall. Off the hallway there is a separate cloakroom with wc and wash hand basin. To the rear of the hall is a large fully fitted kitchen with electric oven/gas hob. American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, waste disposal and small TV. Double doors lead into the enclosed rear garden. Downstairs in the basement is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Off the kitchen is a dining area(rear facing) with dining table and chairs, which leads through to a separate sitting room with one 2 seater and one 3 seater settee, large TV with free view and Sky. An extension to this room is a large conservatory with comfortable furniture, and doors opening onto a balcony with stunning river views.
