White Lodge is a detached period house built in 18th century with Georgian bow windows. Upper Deck, the top floor flat,has been recently modernised and is light and airy, and retains the original wood beams, and natural oak doors add a classic touch.There is one private parking space to the side of the property for a small family car. There is limited head height in some parts of the property. From the main front door steep stairs lead up to the second floor to the apartment. On entering the hall there is a cloakroom with wash hand basin and WC. The fitted kitchen is to the rear of the property with views over the River Teign and Teignmouth. There is an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Leading on from there is a fully tiled bathroom with a white suite comprising a corner bath with shower attachment, wash basin and heated towel rail. Large lounge/diner looking over the village square with four seater sofa bed. TV with Sky satellite channels and DVD. Bedroom: with window to the side of the property consists of a doiuble bed, dressing table and wardrobe. |
