Another charming character cottage in the popular Horse Lane area, just 50 yards from the beach and the Shaldon to Teignmouth ferry, and with all the amenities of the village within a short level walk. The front door leads into a dining room with a large dining table and a small work corner. The lounge has comfortable modern furniture, tv/video/ dvd player and a coal effect gas fire. The modern fitted kitchen has a double electric oven & grill, gas hob, microwave, auto washing machine and built-in fridge/freezer. A door leads out to a small decked courtyard with table & chairs for sitting out. Strippped wooden stairs lead up to shower room with toilet, wash basin and large walk-in shower with glass doors. There are three upstairs bedrooms, two with double beds and original fireplaces and a children's room with bunk beds sleeping three.Cot,high chair & baby bath provided. |
