This newly renovated, small cottage, is comfortably furnished and is a short, flat walk into the village and all the amenities it has to offer. The front door leads into the integral lounge dining area, with comfortable settees & lounge chairs, dining table & chairs, window to the front. The integral kitchen is fitted with a range of units, feature, modern electric oven, and leads out to a utility area with automatic washing machine and fridge/freezer. Also on the ground floor is a newly fitted, tiled, small shower room with wash basin. Stairs lead up to 2 bedrooms,one with a double bed & wardrobes,the second with a 'Captains bed' which can be made into two single beds or a double bed There is a separate toilet on this floor with a wash basin. Full central heating. No smoking. |
