This totally refurbished cottage is ideally situated, just a few steps from the beach and close to all the village amenities. No expense has been spared to totally renovate this property providing a very modern cottage with a host of built in facilities and comfortable furnishings. There is a large tiled lounge, dining area and kitchen. Lounge seating, enclosed built-in wood burner, Plasma TV/Freeview/DVD, pine dining table and chairs, granite work tops in kitchen with built-in fridge & freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. 4 unit Induction hob with double oven and microwave. Automatic washer/dryer housed in cupboard. Double doors lead out to small courtyard with garden furniture. Stairs lead up to first floor with the main bedroom having a double Queen size bed, built-in wardrobes, Velux window & collapsible cot. There is a bathroom, which can be either en-suite or general depending on which of 2 doors is locked, with bath and pressure shower over, glass shower screen, wash basin and toilet The second bedroom has children's bunk beds. Stairs lead up to a third bedroom with single beds (can be made into double bed if required), 2 Velux windows, slight sea view and en-suite shower room with power shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. The property has a fire/smoke and sprinkler system and zoned heating with individual control on each floor. Cot provided(linen not supplied) Main beds made up for arrival and bath & hand towels also provided (NOT beach towels). This is a luxury property, highly recommended as an ideal holiday home.
