The Pink Cottage is situated in the older part of the village within 100 yards flat walk to the beach and ferry crossing to Teignmouth and dose to ail the other village amenities. The front porchway entrance leads into the comfortable lounge with t.v, dvd player & radio, window to the front, open fire and dining area then to the newly fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, washer-dryer and microwave. A stable door leads to the rear patio garden with 2 garden benches and a parking space beyond. From the sitting room the stairs lead to the first floor landing with an attractive outlook and futon for occasional visitors. The double bedroom has a fitted cupboard and window to the front. The bathroom is on the second floor with bath and electric shower over (limited headroom). The second bedroom has two small single beds and airing cupboard. The cottage has night storage heating. |
